Gov. Paterson will then be sworn in.  Paterson, mostly unknown before his selection as Lt. Gov., was a popular member of the State Senate and is legally blind. Guess he didn't see this coming.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/12/opinion/12mcgreevey.html"&gt;Mrs. McGreevey Sympathizes with Mrs. Spitzer&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what if she stood up there when the Governor gave his Giambi-like apology?
